This weekend I finished designing some free gifts for you guys. Now you can download and print free gift tags, mini notecards and gift card sleeves. Have a peek at the goodies:

Although these gifts come with a little assembly required, I made sure to design things that wouldn’t be too difficult to put together. All the supplies you need you probably already have around the house, or can pick up at a Rite Aid or something pretty easily. Hope you enjoy them!

My favorite the most terrifying thing about the internet is that there is a blog or website about EVERYTHING! It never ceases to amaze me what people will dedicate a blog to. So today I’m sharing a few gruesome, amusing and very specific finds.

It’s exactly what it sounds like, it’s an entire blog of photos of ladies with lasers shooting from their boobs. The images are classy though, naturally, kind of retro. It’s a little NSFW but it’s more PG-13 than XXX.

I know about this because I have a friend who admitted he likes watching Youtube videos of people popping pimples. Apparently this is a thing. There’s an entire blog about it — pictures and videos. People are into this. You can take a gander and fantasize about the career you’ve missed out on in dermatology.

I was a little grossed out looking at this site, and I didn’t stay for long, but I thought you’d all like to share in my horror. (Or perhaps fascination if you’re like my friend.)

Being an independent artist I’m down with the handmade movement. I like checking out other artists’ work. To be perfectly honest, half the fun comes from discovering amazing stuff and the other half comes from mocking terrible stuff. I can be really catty, but only in private with my nearest and dearest. I don’t think I could do an entire website about how other artists’ work sucks. This doesn’t mean I’m not amused by Regretsy because I totally am. Sodomy unicorns banjo case, really people?

Exactly how it sounds, boys + cats = awesome, right? My wife tells me I’m cute and I have cats, should I send in my picture?

I’ve been designing lots of new stuff lately — mostly because I have an “ideas” list a mile long and I am trying to get through as much as I can before I have to buckle down for finals. This is my favorite of the new creations, though:

I’ve actually only recently developed any kind of ability to be handy. I had always lived in apartments until I moved in with my girl. Now when stuff breaks, I have to fix it (or if it’s really bad, call some one else). When this first started happening, lots of frustration and tantrums ensued. But now I’ve kind of started getting the hang of it. My resume thus far includes toilet repair, garbage disposal repair, fish pond repair (Yes, we have a fish pond and it has to be repaired. Who knew? Might I suggest not living in a house with a fish pond, by the way, they are a pain in the ass.) and shower head repair. I can feel the manliness coursing through my veins!

I am also growing quite a container garden. I don’t know how manly that is, but it involves dirt and it involves free herbs for the summer, which I’m a fan of. Maybe I should design some gardening humor tees as well?
